The LEMON OIL is produced exclusevly with a selection of olives from Subappennino Dauno and lemons from the Gargano. This oil is obtanined mixing and working the whole fruit together with the olives, therefore retains the freshness of the coasts from which it originates. All the secular tradition, Italian Olearea and the Mediterranean cuisine, is found in this exceptional seasoning perfect for flavouring fish and shellfish, red and white meats, round fish and meats, salads and vegetables, cured raw beef with rucola and parmesan cheese.
